At IRON WAX STUDIO, every item is carefully handmade, inspected, and packaged before it leaves our studio.
1. Processing Time
Our products are handmade and may require additional preparation time.
Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order and personalized items will have the processing time stated in the individual Etsy listing.
During holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be longer.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you through Etsy Messages.
Delays could happen due to customs and local postal services - especially during holidays. Tracking may not update for a few days after it leaves Bulgaria, this is normal for international shipping. Buyers panic when tracking stops. Now warned them.
Shipping upgrade available - Message me for UPS/DHL express quote - 2/5 days worldwide and of course the price of delivery will be different then regular Post office.
2. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer through Etsy at the time of purchase.
We carefully package our products to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Where available, tracking information will be added to the Etsy order once the package has been dispatched.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of:

public holidays;

incorrect or incomplete address information;

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
For orders over $40 is included additional insurance and fragile handling via Bulgarian Post at no extra cost to you. It ensures that if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we are both protected.
6. Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through Etsy Messages.
We will assist you in investigating the shipment with the relevant carrier.

Metal Sculptures: Keep indoors and wipe gently with a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid contact with water or liquid cleaners.
Wax Candles: Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. On the first burn, let the wax melt completely across the top edge to prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Cards: Keep in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrant colors of the paper and inks.
